International
South Africa is a community
development organisation that works in partnership with marginalized,
vulnerable communities to fight poverty and hunger in South Africa and care
for the Earth. Through training, support and gifts of livestock, seeds and
trees, poor families are able to become successful small farmers, providing
food for their families and income from the sale of produce.
As part of every project,
both to regenerate and protect the soil and for fruit, shade and shelter,
families are provided with trees and training on how to grow and care for
trees.
