Development Concern DEVCON mission is to empower communities with the necessary techniques to harness and develop community resources sustainably and sensitise them on the issues of good governance.

Development Concern DEVCON objectives:

1. Research into better approaches to community resource management.

2. To increase awareness of community members in use of forest and resources.

3. Explore avenues for enterprise and capacity development of target groups.

4. Evolve strategies to make community members more responsive to their role in good governance and community development.
