SHED-Africa is poised to work with Nigerian rural and urban poor communities (particularly at household
levels) towards achieving improved livelihood, health systems, and sustainable forest
resource management. It particularly facilitates skills development, training research and networking
to ensure community people, especially women and youths, are encouraged to participate in
decision-making opportunities relating to their health and environment.
