Description
The Confederation of Paper Industries Ltd (CPI) is the leading organisation working on behalf of the
UK paper-related industry.
CPI represents the paper chain from the recovery of used paper through papermaking and conversion to
distribution.
CPI'S MISSION
To be recognised by UK Government, and the community at large, as the authoritative and effective voice
of the UK paper-related industry, defending its interests and promoting its achievements and
potential.
This it achieves through meeting its objectives of supporting its members by identifying, analysing,
and resolving issues; informing government, the media and the public; and by presenting the industry’s
views in a coherent, consistent and targeted manner.
